What YouAndHost is
The host-powered vacation rental marketplace, and what every host gets for free.
YouAndHost is a marketplace where guests book directly with independent hosts, and a set of hosting tools built in: an AI co-host called OSCAR that answers guests from the host’s own words, calendars that stay in step with Airbnb and Vrbo, turnovers and cleaners, and the money handled the way a marketplace should. Everything a host needs to take a booking and be paid is free, forever. The paid tools are optional, per listing.

What every host gets for free
- Unlimited published listings, each with photos, an interview OSCAR turns into the description, house rules and walkthroughs.
- Bookings and payments: instant or request-to-book, quotes with fees and taxes, the guest’s card charged at booking, you paid the day after check-in, refunds that follow your policy.
- Calendars in and out of Airbnb, Vrbo and anything with an iCal link, conflicts caught, blocks, the month view.
- The inbox with delayed replies, and OSCAR answering guests’ questions about the place from your listing page and the app.
- The guest’s trip: arrival and checkout walkthroughs, the stay page, reviews both ways.
- One cleaner told about every turnover, and the apps on iOS and Android.
What the paid tools add
Premium, per listing: a higher place in search, OSCAR inside your inbox answering and acting by rules you set, pricing tools, imports, the QR concierge for guests booked elsewhere, and team cleaning workflows. Management, per listing on top of Premium: dispatch, inspections, work orders, supplies, recurring work and paying your workers. The prices are on the Plans page; a year is ten months.
A good stay is a team effort
Behind most hosts there is a family that makes its living cleaning and maintaining places. YouAndHost gives them a place in the product: their own side of the app, every turnover, a record of their work, pay through the same system the host is paid by, and the directory where hosts nearby find them. Everyone who offers a service here passes the identity check first, so a guest knows who prepared the home and a host knows who holds the key.
How this documentation is arranged
Left to right, the way a host meets the product: the first listing, then bookings and guests, then the people who help run the place, then the plans and the money. Each page says what the feature does, how to use it on the website and in the app, and what it costs, which is usually nothing.
