Your team
Management
Dispatch, inspections, work orders, supplies, recurring work, paying workers.
Management is for a host or a manager running several listings with a team: dispatch, inspections, maintenance, supplies, recurring work and paying the people who do it, all in one place with the bookings. It is per listing, on top of Premium.
Dispatch
Offer a job to your preferred cleaners first, then to the whole approved pool, first come first served; escalate to a backup pool or to you when nobody takes it. Every offer, claim and decline is on the record.
Inspections and rework
An inspector passes or fails a clean, with photos. A failed one becomes a rework task for the cleaner with only the failed steps, and the listing reads not ready until it passes.
Work orders
A torn hot tub cover reported by a guest, a leaking tap reported by a cleaner, a problem you saw yourself: each becomes a work order with a trade, an urgency and an estimate. Set a spend threshold per listing and routine work under it is approved by itself; above it, you or your finance person approve with one tap.

Supplies, safety and recurring work
An inventory per listing with thresholds; a count at the end of a clean makes a restock task when something is low. Safety checks and recurring jobs, the filter every 90 days, the gutters each fall, appear by themselves.
Paying workers
Rates per task, per worker or per listing; every completed job accrues what is owed; expenses with receipts; statements and a CSV for each worker and for you. Mark paid when you pay outside, or pay through YouAndHost: the worker connects a bank account with Stripe, you fund the payout from your saved bank account at no fee (a card carries Stripe’s 2.9% plus 30 cents), and we send it. The 1099-NEC is prepared from the record.
The exceptions queue
Late, no-show, failed inspection, calendar change under a job already started, same-day turn with nobody accepted, a blocking issue: each one is a row with the next action, and the person who owns it is told.
