Plans

Basic free forever; Premium and Management per listing, and how they are billed.

Three categories. Basic is free forever, with unlimited published listings. Premium and Management are bought per listing: tick what each listing gets, pay for only those, change it any time.

Each listing is priced by its position among the ones you already pay for, so adding one never reprices another. A year is ten months of the monthly figure.

How billing works

• Charged at checkout to the card or bank account you save; a card carries a 3% card fee, a bank account none.
• Renewed automatically on the same day each month, or at the end of a paid year, at the prices current that day. We email you two weeks before each renewal, with a warning if your card expires first.
• A listing added mid-cycle is charged the rest of your cycle pro rata; removing one runs to the end of the period. No refunds.
• A year never renews as another year by itself; it continues by the month unless you choose a year again.
• If a renewal fails, we try again each night and tell you; after ten days the paid products end and you are on Basic. Nothing is ever unpublished.
• Every checkout ends with a box you tick, and the words you agreed to are emailed to you.

The trial and the earned waiver

A new account gets 30 days of Premium and Management on every listing. A host whose direct bookings here reach $10,000 per listing in twelve months gets Premium on every listing for free, for as long as they stay above the line. It is judged on the rolling twelve months. If your bookings later fall below the bar, nothing changes on your listings: Premium continues as a paid product from a date we give you two weeks ahead, charged to your saved card or bank, unless you choose Basic first.

Founding hosts

Publish a listing before December 31, 2027 and you are a founding host: guests on every listing of yours pay a 7% service fee instead of 9% until that date, on every booking, whether they found you in search, through a link you shared, with a code, or came back for a second stay. Every host who was live on October 15, 2026 is one already. From January 1, 2028 the standard fee applies to everyone. Your Plan page shows it.

The first hundred hosts also get Premium on their first listing free for six months, from the moment it is published, with nothing to do: you are told by email and the Plan page shows the date it runs to. When the free months end it continues at the listing’s price unless you remove it first; we remind you two weeks before.
