The guest's trip

Arrival and checkout walkthroughs, the stay page, the QR concierge, reviews both ways.

A guest’s stay has its own page from the moment it is booked: the dates, the address when it is time, the directions, the house notes, the walkthroughs, the messages, the invoice, and OSCAR. It is the same in the app.

Arrival and checkout walkthroughs

You write the steps once per listing: where the key is, how the thermostat works, what to do with the trash, what to check before leaving. The guest walks through them on their phone at arrival and at checkout, ticks each one, and can report a problem with a photo. A problem reported at arrival becomes an incident you see at once; what was not done at checkout is on the cleaner’s task.

The QR concierge (Premium)

Your Airbnb and Vrbo guests can have the same: add their stay with a phone number and dates, print the QR code for the listing, and they get OSCAR and the walkthroughs on their own phone, with no account to make.

Reviews both ways

After checkout, the guest reviews the stay and you review the guest, each blind to the other until both are in or the window closes, then both are published. Cleanliness is its own star, and it feeds the cleaner’s record too. The rules, and what gets taken down, are on the reviews page.

Secrets, released on time

The lock code, the Wi-Fi password and anything else you mark as a secret are encrypted, never shown to the model, and released to the guest on the stay page and by OSCAR only once the stay is confirmed and close.
