Fees

What a stay costs here and everywhere else.

A stay carries two fees and nothing else: 9% from the guest, shown as its own line before they pay, and 3% from the host, taken out of the payout, with the card processing inside. Nothing is hidden in the nightly rate.

The full comparison with every other platform, including the ones whose “no guest fee” lives inside the price, is on youandhost.com/fees.
